 ROCCA IMPERIALE


Rocca Imperiale is a village of extraordinary beauty, in the province of Cosenza.
 Rocca Imperiale is located on a hill a few kilometers from the sea.
The scenery is gorgeous and you can feel the perfume of the hill and the free singing of the sea.

MONTEGIORDANO



Montegiordano is a small town of 2,019 inhabitants in the province of Cosenza, in the north of Calabria. The country is divided into two residential areas, Montegiordano Center at 650 m above sea level and the marina Village that grows right next to the Ionian coast. Its territory was inhabited in ancient times, as evidenced by significant finds of Roman and Greek. It is now a resort of great value.
In this place you can find the pleasure of the Ionian sea calm and cool due to the presence of the hills.

The landscape is beautiful, it seems to live in a fairytale enchanted place, where everything is perfect and the lights and colors also illuminate the souls of tourists.
 
TROPEA


Tropea, on the Tyrrhenian Sea coast, is home to a dramatic seaside beach, and the Santa Maria dell'Isola sanctuary. It is also renowned for its sweet red onions (mainly produced in Ricadi).

REGGIO CALABRIA

On the strait between the mainland and Sicily, the largest and oldest city in Calabria, renowned for its panoramic seaside with botanical gardens between the art nouveau buildings and the beautiful beaches, and its 3,000 years of history with the old Aragonian Castle and the great National Museum of Magna Grecia where the famous Riace bronzes (Bronzi di Riace) are located.

Cosenza, seat of the Cosentian Academy, renowned for its cultural institutions, the beautiful old quarter, a Romanesque Cathedral and a Hohenstaufen Castle.


CROTONE




CATANZARO

Catanzaro, located at the centre of the narrowest point of Italy, from where the Ionian Sea and Tyrrhenian Sea are both visible, but not from Catanzaro. Of note are the well-known one-arch bridge (Viaduct Morandi-Bisantis, one of the tallest in Europe), the Cathedral (rebuilt after World War II bombing), the castle, the promenade on the Ionian sea, the park of biodiversity and the archaeological park.

Sybaris is the oldest Greek colony on the Ionian Sea on the Gulf of Taranto, between the rivers Crati (Crathis) and Coscile (Sybaris).

ASPROMONTE

Aspromonte, southern mountain region of Calabria, in the province of Reggio, was the scene of a famous battle of the Risorgimento, when Giuseppe Garibaldi was wounded. It is still possible to admire the hollow tree where traditionally Garibaldi sat for treatment, near the ski resort of Gambarie, near Reggio Calabria.
